I've worked with many university students struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, relationship struggles, trauma & PTSD, loss & grief, low self-esteem, perfectionism, general stress, being away from home, issues related to sexuality, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity .
Given my work at the university, I'm familiar with the many stressors students face these days. I'm also well versed with both on and off campus supports. I'm a strong advocate for students, i.e. helping them to access supports through Accessibility Services, Counselling & Health Services, etc.
I specialize in anxiety, stress, time management, self worth, empowerment, chronic illness, disability, sex, sexuality, relationships, grief/loss, boundaries, trauma, life transitions, multi-generational family issues, and more.
I work a lot with the LGBTQ2S community.
