I focus on helping motivated students and professionals manage burnout, anxiety, and depression. I employ techniques from a number of different therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, as well as using more classic psychotherapeutic techniques.
After working with high-performing professionals for over 15 years in the IT industry, and as a former Software Development Program Manager, I have a deep understanding and appreciation for the challenges that many STEM students are faced with. Helping clients improve their ability to navigate complex life decisions and manage stress to avoid burnout are key elements of my full-time practice.
