This is a reminder of the B-Society General Meeting taking place on Monday March 23rd at 5:30pm in CPH 3607. Every on-term member who has paid their EngSoc fee can vote at this meeting. The agenda can be found at the link below. If you are unable to attend the meeting you may proxy your vote to another member using the form below. Proxy forms must submitted by 4:30 PM March 22nd. Please bring your Watcard and arrive in a timely manner to be signed in and verified as a proxy holder, if applicable.
Please also note that at this meeting there will be an election for two at-large B-Society representatives on the Engineering Society Board of Directors. The following document outlines the context for the election as well as the duties and powers of the Board of Directors.
