Hello EngSoc, hope you had a great Thanksgiving/Study break!
I’d like to formally open up the nomination period for candidates interested in running for the position of the following Vice Presidential and WEEF Director positions:
- VP Operations and Finance
- VP Student Life
- VP Communications
- VP Education
- WEEF Director

The nomination period lasts October 10th – 21st. Nomination forms can be picked up in the Orifice or online. A minimum of 15 signatures from on-term students are required for nomination. Completed nomination forms MUST be submitted no later than 12PM (NOON) on October 21st to the Orifice. Late submissions will not be accepted, with exceptions made for extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Following the end of the nomination period, there will be an All Candidates Meeting for those who have submitted nominations for the Vice Presidential race. The meeting will be held on Friday, October 21st at 3PM in the Orifice Boardroom. Rules of the election, campaigning period, and voting periods will be laid out at this time.
A full list of all candidates who have submitted completed nomination forms and meet the eligibility requirements will be posted online and outside the Orifice on Saturday, October 22nd.
