If you're a first-time user,
check your @uwaterloo.ca account (including the spam folder) for an e-mail with your login details (your username is the same as your Quest/NEXUS one; your password may be different). Otherwise, you may have to
reset your password or
clear your cache (this will resolve 99% of login problems!). If you still can't log in, please
send us an e-mail from your @uwaterloo.ca account to get things straightened out!
